Day 19: Focus on what you want, not what you don’t want

Yesterday, we put self-judgement aside and gave ourselves permission to want what we want.

Today, we’re using those wants to create a brand new story of our future. First…you know the drill.

Read your story 3 or 4 times—or more—to raise your vibration.

Now to create your brand new story about your future.

Whip out that list of ridiculously big dreams of yesterday. These are mine.

  1. I want to be a world-renowned best-selling author.
  2. I want to travel the world educating millions of people about the mind’s ability to heal the body.
  3. I want a ripped, trim, and toned body by next summer.
  4. I want the kind of passionate, always-and-forever-happy relationship that only happens in movies.
  5. I want a warm, happy home that features a 16-seat cinema, an indoor pool, and a conference facility.

Now, rewrite each item as if they have already happened! As on Day 1, use words like “love” and “appreciate” to raise your vibration,

I love that I am a world-renowned best-selling author. I am incredibly blessed that I can travel the world educating millions of people about the mind’s ability to heal the body. I am so grateful for my ripped, trim, and toned body by at this age! This bikini sure looks good on me. I love that I am in a relationship with the man of my dreams and we share the kind of passionate, always-and-forever-happy relationship that only happens in movies. I’m extremely grateful for my warm, happy home that features a 30-seat cinema, an indoor pool, and a conference facility where I can easily balance business and pleasure.

How does that make you feel? Now that you know what you want for your life, why focus on anything else?

If you feel inspired to do so, submit the brand new story of your future here and I’ll surprise you with reminders from time to time.
